I came across the word “atatistic” I did a google search of it and that wasn’t very helpful. Google; I am NOT trying to search for statistic.

Here is the quote where I came across the word:

“It’s as if the sun had momentarily touched the earth . Raw energy — fueled in part by Storm’s claustrophobic fear of being buried alive, in part by an atatistic terror born of subconscious racial memories of the N’Garai –exploded around her…” From The Uncanny X-Men #143, pulled from the trade “X-Men: Days of Future Past.”

Have any idea what atatistic means?

With some help from a friend, I think it has the same meaning as “Atavisti.” Which if you don’t know offhand, will now have to find out. Or click this link

Technically Correct

“These Americans believed that one great male god ruled the world. Sometimes they divided him into three parts, which they called father, son, and holy ghost. They ate crackers and wine or grape juice, believing that they were eating the son’s body and drinking this blood. If they believed strongly enough, they would live on forever after they died.”
